This seat supportsyour back and keeps you cooler in Summer. Been using these type of seats for a decade and plan to continue using this type as long as they are available

Why am I not happy?

1. Either the directions were incorrect or it did not come with all of the straps described in the directions to tie it down so I had to improvise.

2. I’ve had it for less than two weeks and the stitching is coming apart – not just a little bit – a lot!

3. It is really not the color that the picture leads you to believe it is. I have a gray interior (like the seat in the picture) and this cushion is tan with brown trim.

4. I’ve already purchased a different cushion from a different company as a replacement.

I’m a driver for a mass transit company and it has been a life (back) saver. I drive 10-16 hrs a day and it has made my day go a lot more comfortable.

I purchased one of these in December 2006; it’s now June of 2010 and I’m ordering another to replace the first. I’ve had other beaded car cushions that the beads came unstrung within a few months. None of these types of cushions have very good straps to keep them tight to the original car seat, and unfortunately, this is the same. That being said, the only reason I’m replacing it now after 3 1/2 years is that the sides of it are now curling in and I need to adjust it every time I get in the car, which is both annoying and if I don’t, uncomfortable. It keeps me cooler in the summer than without it, (my car has cloth seats), and warmer in the winter, (when I first get in the car the seat isn’t as cold as without it – my car does not have heated seats). I also like that it raises me up a bit, just enough to make the seat more comfortable and improves my visibility. I’m only 5′3″ and without it, I’m sitting so low that when I need to turn to look for coming traffic as in an onramp, I need to almost pick myself up from the seat. I would have given this 5 stars except for the aforementioned strap problem. I would love to see this with that improved upon.

I purchased the Leather Lumbar Support Cushion with the hopes of improving my posture while driving, along with protecting my seat upholstery from any unfortunate spills, etc. It works and supports fine, but I was extremely disappointed to notice that within only three days of use (total seated time = approximately three hours), the stitching was coming undone at the seams in two separate spots. I’m still using it, but there’s no question that these are poorly made and will likely last less than a year before requiring replacement. Then again, you get what you pay for.

Also, take note that as with anything black in the hot sun, the cushion gets significantly hot when left inside a parked car during the hot spring / summer months, particularly here in Philadelphia. This is not a failing of the product, mind you, just something to keep in mind.

My dad has a massage chair, but the balls in the chair were too hard, so I bought the cushion to make the chair more comfortable. He enjoys the chair more since adding the cushion.

Received in short time as advertised. Cushion is very comfortable. On receipt I found a small hole in the bottom portion of the cushion.

I did not return item as postage,etc is to expensive..

This is a wonderful product, it does what I need it to do. I need something on my cloth seats which lets me slide off of my seat.
